
Meditation for Stress Relief

About this Meditation
This is an in-person meditation where you will leave feeling more at peace and ease. This style of meditation is suitable for anyone, even those new to meditation.
Consistent meditation has many benefits, including:

- Inner peace and balance
- Clarity of the mind
- Improved focus and attention
- Better sleep
- Improved mood
We will work with the breath, relaxing the body, and a gentle guided visualization. No prior experience with meditation is needed. The meditation will last about an hour, and we will have time to debrief.
If you want to attain a more peaceful and loving state, please join us. This meditation will be led by Dawn Ressel, a certified Max Meditation (™) coach with the Modern Mystery School.
Package Pricing
To allow you to experience the benefits of consistent meditation, I offer package pricing for a significant discount. A package of 6 meditation sessions is $60. That’s a savings of $30. You may enroll after your first meditation session, and your $15 for the first session will be applied, leaving a balance of $45 for 5 additional sessions.
